Clock #1116 Rare Waterbury "Lachine" calendar clock. This clock is in simply amazing condition because it looks like it came from a time capsule. It must have been stored for years covered in a drawer because it shows no aging from sunlight. The painted dial is crisp and bright and the two labels are spectacular and colorful. They are simply the best you will find. The case is solid oak with pressed designs, in the original untouched finish and without one blemish or flaw. It comes with the original hands, pendulum, glass and even a signed key. This is an 8 day spring driven clock with simple calendar plus hour and half hour strike on a resonant cathedral gong and it is in good running order. There must have been very few of this model made because I could not find it shown in any book. It is much larger than the normal kitchen style clock at 27" tall with an 8" dial.
